After having finished the first leg of the most successful world tour the
band has played up to now, Edguy will enhance their tour and hit the stage
of several festivals, plus an additional full single show in Saarbrücken on
May 21st. "We haven't played that area in ages and for some reason it
didn't fit in the routing and schedule of the regular tour, so we kind of
stretch the tour out a little".
After Saarbrücken Edguy will also

STATEMENT ABOUT “ARGENTINA-INCIDENT”
There was no vandalism on stage! The truth is that Tobias indeed was pissed off about the dysfunctional monitor system on stage and after trying to get it fixed finally threw the wedges into the photo pit. Nobody got hurt, nothing got damaged, except from the wedges that – due to the band had been already “damaged at that point”. Tobias explains: “I do not apologize as I did what everybody would have done, we are a Rock’n’Roll band, nobody got beaten up, nobody got hurt, I just threw a few fucking speakers around, that were crap anyway. I don’t know why people don’t stop to write shit about it, The Who wrecked whole venues, so who am I to ask for permission to remove some dysfunctional electronic garbage?”

EDGUY TO PLAY ITALY’S GODS OF METAL
On Saturday, June 27th Edguy will return to Italy to play the prestigious Gods Of Metal Festival. Edguy are looking forward to rocking their Italian audience once more, sharing the bill with bands such as Motley Crue, Heaven And Hell, Queensryche and many more.
